The purchase had the potential to be very difficult as we are interstate and could not travel to Victoria due to Covid restrictions but it was made very doable due to the willingness of the agents to facilitate on line viewing and assisting with a walk through of the premises. In addition to this, the whole process of submitting an offer pre-auction and negotiating the sale was painless and beyond our expectations.
