The purchase had the potential to be very difficult as we are interstate and could not travel to Victoria due to Covid restrictions but it was made very doable due to the willingness of the agents to facilitate on line viewing and assisting with a walk through of the premises. Michel and Andrew were always available to answer our questions. Michel provided data regarding how the campaign was running, and tons of valuable info. We were concerned that due to lockdown we might not be able to get property inspection scheduled.
