Very disappointed on initial review after key collection. The place was dusty with no evidence of professional vacate cleaning, although it might be due to very irresponsible cleaning company that Jellis Craig has chosen because invoice for cleaning service was then provided on request. Subsequently a second vacate clean was done which was tolerable but also not hundred percent satisfactory. It was done by the same cleaning company of course (I think it was called My Friend Clean). Although it was very disappointing to see the property in such a dusty condition on initial review, the agent Lauren was very approachable and helpful in organizing a second clean and some necessary repairs in a timely manner.
