Prompt communication, transparency, friendly service, understanding and respectful of all involved
Right from the beginning of looking for our perfect rental, Jellis Craig had many beautiful homes to choose from, and we found the one we wanted for our family and booked in for an inspection straight away. They were open and transparent with questions we had about the house, and allowed us a decent amount of time to really get to know the home during the inspection. They made the application process really easy, and we heard back from them the next day. Lachlan noticed some gaps in our application and gave us a call to have an open conversation about what was going on, rather than just tossing our application aside. He values honesty, transparency, and gathering all the information, which resulted in us getting approved for the home of our dreams. We have been provided with the utmost respect and kindness throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate the communication and open minded responses we got from the agents. They truly want what’s best for both the owner and the renter, which is a beautiful feeling. Sometimes as a renter you can feel undervalued, but we certainly feel valued with Jellis Craig 😃 I would highly recommend their service to owners and renters alike. I have been renting through different agencies for about 13 years, and Jellis Craig have provided one of the best services so far.

Outstanding service, all promises delivered.
Really enjoyed working with Lachlan and Chloe. They made valuable suggestions on getting the house ready for rental and got all the work done that it needed. They stayed engaged with us and delivered a tenant within a week of displaying the house. The rent they first mentioned the house should get, they got, no prevarication or back tracking. Cannot praise the service or the professionalism too highly. Would use them on other properties without hesitation.
