I have found that the agent assigned to manage my property has poor communication. Only ever communicated via email when issues arise, which is OK but some items should have required a phone conversation to clarify. Hasn't returned phone calls, left messages and I've had to follow up. Several maintenance issues have come up and I've requested more information, these have never been followed up.
