Follow up on return phone calls a bit slow but all good in the end 😊
STILL waiting for the Maintenance Report in regards to the down lights in the lounge & Kitchen area to be followed up as well as the phone conversation I had with Caitlin re: leaking dishwasher - other than those two things very good 😊 Would appreciate a phone call in regard to the above - THANKU 😊

Fantastic agency
Have been extremely helpful on both ends of moving house, previous agent Arian was exceptional help in finding a new home and was a phenomenal property manager, current property Caitlin was extremely helpful with the move in process to our current home and has been a pleasure to communicate with in regards to everything. Brooke from Jellis Craig has been unbelievably brilliant in getting my house rented in lighting fast time. From start to finish Brooke has been on top of things and kept me in the loop all the way. I was so stressed out while getting my house ready to rent, but since bringing Brooke on board she made everything so easy and stress free, because she has been the total professional throughout the entire process.
