I have rented with Jellis Craig twice and each time has been A+++++. The customer care and service provided to me by the property managers was beyond belief. They are all very professional, have a pleasant demeanor and a genuine interest in you as a tenet. Never once had I felt reluctant to make contact with them unlike some agency's whom make you feel like a second class citizen for renting. Jellis Craig Ballarat has been by far the best renting expirance I have ever had and I can honestly say, I can not think of a single negative to say about them. Amazing service by all the staff. Put in a rental application within a day I had been contacted and spoken too. It was very hard to explain our situation in the application but having the opportunity to actually speak to someone made all the differance. Got a chance to inspect the property within a week and half and had a reply. Was fantastic to actually get the property but even better to get great and fast communication. Some properties I had applied for at other agencies I still haven't heard anything from and its been over a month. The followup service has been amazing also, I have not once been made to feel like an idiot for asking questions (I'm a first time renter) but I certainly have with other places I tried. Keep up the great work guys.
