Fantastic results & service
Tayla and Lachlain have managed my property for some years now. Communication is always clear and forthcoming (I never have to chase them for any info). When it comes to negotiating new leases, they work incredibly hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fabulous managing agent!
We have had our properties with several companies and many managing agents over the years and we are very happy with Jellis Craig Ballarat and in particular, Shanae. She has done a great job in managing our properties and her communication is prompt and responsive. We have recently had tenants vacate a property and Shanae was very proactive in advertising, rent appraisals, and finding a new tenant. She went above and beyond the requirements of her role in assisting us. Thanks again, and we hope to have Shanae look after our properties for a long time to come.
