The inspection process was the best out of all agents by far. You simply apply for the houses your interested in and then they arrange a time that suits you to inspect. This means we didn’t have to miss work or take a day off to be at an inspection with 20 other people, racing from place to place. After expressing our interest in a home we had an answer the following day. It’s nice to know the agent (Nathan) made it a priority to follow up with the landlord instead of us having to chase updates constantly. All correspondence was responded to efficiently making the entire process stress free which is unheard of when moving home. In the future I will definitely be looking for potential rentals and possible purchases through Jellis Craig before any other agent purely because of the outstanding service provided.
