Warm and friendly.
This was a great experience. No nonsense and support was given to complete the lengthy application. It all went smoothly and caring staff were exceptional. We were greeted by a warm and welcoming person who did not view us with suspicion, as at some other agencies. The agent could tell us all about the rental property and even went out of her way to fit in with our schedule for an inspection at short notice. Much appreciated! Thank you!
