Very happy with the whole process, from initial meeting to evaluate the suitability through to tenant evaluation and ultimately selection. Lachie clearly had our best interests in mind, potential tenants were evaluated with a critical eye to determine suitability rather than trying to get the first applicants in which was refreshing. You want an agent to treat the property as if it were their investment and that's what we've experienced.
