They know what the landlord wants
We have found the rental team to be very good at knowing what we as landlords want, both in the type of tenants we prefer and to knowing what we would find acceptable or not regarding tenant requests or end of lease inspections. The attention to detail has been very good as has the communication. We have mainly dealt with Lachlain over the last three years and we would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a property manager.

Pro-active agent
Matt from Jellis Craig Ballarat took the initiative to show us around a property which had not yet hit the rental market which eased the process considerably for us. Following this we have had a friendly and pleasant interaction from Arian - the co-ordinator - who has eased us through the process as we haven't rented for many years. Thanks team!

Don't let digital inspections deter you!
Stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne meant I couldn't physically inspect my new home. And (for me) it's a big move – Brunswick apartment to Ballarat house. Chloe and the team at Jellis Craig Ballarat were so accommodating in sending pics and videos of all the bits of the house that I would have normally checked in person. It's actually been a lovely start to renting with this agency – building trust and rapport so early on. I can't wait to see my new home in the flesh, and am so excited for moving day. Great Staff Exceptional Service

Professional and Friendly
