Best Customer Service in Ballarat!
My husband and I are in the process of moving interstate for work and due to the rental property demand we were having difficulty finding a property. Kirsten and Elissa (Hocking Stuart) went above and beyond with helping us apply and secure a rental property. We are so grateful for the customer service, efficiency and care they that provided us with. We highly recommend Hocking Stuart to anyone looking for professional and friendly service.

What an amazing team to deal with.
The team at Hocking Stuart have far exceeded my expectations. When I say "team" I am not using this term loosely. If our normal contact person is unavailable, a message is not left with the promise to get back to me. I am always transferred to another member that resolves the matter for me. No waiting around - instant competent action which benefits both the tenant and myself. Their extensive knowledge, can do attitude and incredibly fast professional service is of great comfort to me as a landlord. Any issue is bought to our attention immediately with solution options already scoped out for my consideration. I could not ask for more and will be incredibly confident and comfortable in bringing my future investment properties to them for management.
