So fast and Efficient
I handed in my application late morning and before lunch had finished they had contacted my employer and references.I got a call the following day to say i had the house .They were so efficient and professional. I definitely recommend renting through them .

Professional and efficient service
I have rented previously with your agency and was extremely happy with the property manager at that time (Lachlain Ramsay). He responded promptly and professionally to any query/issue and followed up in a very efficient and timely manner. Due to this prior positive experience, I am very happy to know that Lachlain will again be my property manager as I can be assured of a professional and efficient service. Even the application process was extremely easy and quick, which has been really helpful and welcome.

Fantastic in all aspects
We have been customers with Hocking Stuart Ballarat for a number of years and we can not fault them. They have found us wonderful tenants over multiple properties and always kept us in the loop with our properties. Inspections are always done on time and very thorough. We will always use Hocking Stuart even for selling based on the rental department

Amazing agency!
