I asked Joe Ledda to sell my house in Preston because I had met him locally, and I liked his laidback laconic manner - you can have a laugh with Joe - but also his obvious love for real estate, and his knowledge of the local market. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the campaign. He kept his cool when I did not, he worked around me whenever I needed him to, he kept me informed of not only how the campaign was running but how he expected it to progress. He was always available on the phone, and was unflappably patient and good humoured. I had to go away during the campaign and was a bit leery about leaving, but Joe assured me that he would look after the house to my exacting standards. I left him with a list of things to attend to before every open - checking the pot plants weren’t wilting, that there was no dust in the house etc etc - and he did all this, even sending me photos of the plants. In the end, the auction was a huge success, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. Joe and his team have been lovely to work with, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
