Josie orchestrated the sale of my property as expected but as I am interstate she also assisted with a property refresh prior to the sale and the end of a tenanted period. We were in the very fortunate position of having lots of interest but managing that during the Melbourne lock down meant having to be agile changing tack 2 weeks into the campaign, and keeping me calm from afar.
