Josie and her team were fantastic in assisting me selling my house after traveling overseas. Originally, I used Josie to find suitable renters for the property then enlisted her and her team to list the property when circumstances meant I would be staying overseas long term. As I was not in a position to return home to asssit the sale process in person, Josie and her team coordinated all aspects of the listing from marketing campaign, house updates using trusted professionals, staging, coordinating legal requirements and all other aspects of the sale process. Joe was working for us in the worst possible time, right before cov19 started, things were booming in the housing market, day of the auction things were starting to affect the real estate industry, people were nervous, but not Joe! Joe continued to work on getting a result when there was nothing but doom and gloom being reported Joe took on every lead and worked on it. I often felt that a sale wouldn't be possible in these times but Joe persisted to work with a positive attitude like a dog chewing a bone he would not give up til he got every last bit of meat off that bone. Joe's approach was honest and we felt he was always working with our best interests in mind ( not the interests of lining his own pocket) Joe gave great service before and after the sale, we didn't feel pressured to sell and it was always our decision. We felt that if we had any other agent they would have given up or convinced us to make a decision that we would want to make and would have regretted.
