Edison McGrath manage 2 properties for us and couldn't be more highly recommended. Our Property Manager Kristy has a great relationship with us and our tenants. Any maintenance or other issues are dealt with promptly and with us kept in the loop at all times. Their links with trade services and other contractors means that any repairs and maintenance are carried out immediately with minimal inconvenience to the tenants.
