As a tenant I obtained my rental via Joanne at Edison McGrath. The experience from start to end of tenancy was extremely good. Joanne was transparent at all times, the property condition report was accurate and well laid out. The property on move in was thoroughly cleaned and everything worked as it should. During the tenancy any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally with notice of any inspections given well in advance. At the end of tenancy Joanne was very helpful in helping to make sure the handover was as smooth as possible. Dealing with Joanne and Edison McGrath was much better than the other agents I've encountered on the market and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Joanne and her team.

Based on the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Edison McGrath in Claremont to organise the letting of a unit I had acquired in Subiaco. Joanna and Kristy have been very professional and understanding throughout the whole process, despite quite a few challenges whilst I needed to sort out some renovations including replacing flooring and removing books, furniture etc from the previous occupier. Both of them promptly replied to any questions, emails etc. and gave very helpful advice on preparation of the unit to make it suitable for rental. Kristy found suitable tenants and didn't rush the process, as I indicated that the main priority was to get good tenants, which we now appear to have done. The process of reviewing the tenants was very thorough and she provided valuable advice on the selection process. Dealing with the paperwork was quite straightforward.
