This has been my experience with EM. All right so far. We were going overseas for 11 weeks the day before our privately managed property was vacated by our tenant. I had hoped to be able to get another tenant privately but when it became apparent a few days before departure that this wasn't going to happen EM was suggested by a friend of ours. I contacted them on the Friday before our Tuesday departure. Because of the limited time available the letting agent offered to meet us at the property on Sunday morning. Above and beyond the call of duty! We agreed to engage EM. All the electronic documentation was prepared by Monday. A property inspection was organised for a few days later. The new tenants moved in the following Monday. As I said in the headline, "Excellent service." My partner said "You could not ask for anything better." We are very satisfied clients.

From initial introductions to viewing the property, both Joanne and the Edison McGrath team have been excellent throughout. Joanne provided me the physical time and space, during the property viewing, to enable my wife to participate virtually and select this as our place to stay in Perth. From this point, email communication has been regular and clear throughout the process of securing the property. This included acting as liaison between owner and tenant to clarify several key points, given time difference between UK and Australia to make this whole process for my family and I very smooth. Jules in the background has excellent in regular follow up of payments, receipts, etc. Certainly improved my perception of real estate agents moving forward, compared to those provided in the UK. Looking forward to take leasehold of the property in a couple of weeks and continue the good relations with Edison McGrath.

Magdalena has been amazing found as a tenants within 3 days only! She lives 1 hour away from my first investment property but I live 4,000 kms away and she has been my eyes and hands on the property! She also did some TLC gardening so the trees and plants don't die while waiting the tenants to move in! Responding my emails in seconds..super efficient! Thanks so much

I have so far had an incredible experience with Joanne John at Edison McGrath. She has made this whole transition so easy from the inspection to the approval and signing our lease. She’s in general a friendly and kind hearted person and I couldn’t recommend her and Edison McGrath more. With how tough the rental market is right now it has been a much better experience going through this with them and I’m happy I’ve gotten the opportunity to be working with this realestate and lovely agent :)

Joanne, Julie and their team have made my first rental experience so easy bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table. Not knowing where to start Joanne came around and explained in very simple terms the whole process and answered all my questions. Not having any out of pocket expenses up front is a great feature and the check lists for electrical etc are a perfect way to keep things organised, knowing what you have to get ready and moving forward. Joanne found tennants for my house in a matter of days, all paperwork done, just a few quick emails between us and everything was ready. I could not recommend Edison McGrath more and will continue to use them in the future.

On the day of the inspection our realtor waited to the last possible minute to wrap up the inspection for us as my house mate was running late for the inspection, we fell in love with the house almost instantly and applied that evening. we got a response saying we had secured the property a day and a half later which from previous experiences was a phenomenal turnaround time in our eyes we appreciate the punctual comms we got from our agent and look forward to working closely in the future 10/10 would recommend Edison McGrath

Unfortunately unpleasant experience with Edison McGrath, Totally unprofessional real estate agents and property managers who knows nothing how to handle an ongoing problem with tenant. Just sending reminder invoices to pay water bill which was caused by water leakage and already previous property manager know about it. Definitely gone through training before taking over the previous PM position but still keep disturbing me by sending reminders to pay the high water usage. Definitely not going to recommend anyone to get any property through Edison McGrath.
