The Clucas team worked seamlessly to sell our property and we are so happy with the outcome. They were patient when we were delayed in getting things sorted and hit the ground running when we needed them to. Would definitely sell with them again in the future and recommend them!

We have worked with Michael as both buyers and sellers over 10 years now and have always found him to be a hardworking, accessible, and knowledgeable agent. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

I was fortunate to have Richard and his team handle the sale of my home. From the outset, the process was smooth and stress-free. Their prompt communication, combined with a friendly and professional approach, made everything feel effortless. Richard and Monique are 10/10—responsive, personable, and incredibly effective. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and outcome. At no point did I feel stressed or out of the loop. I’ll forever be team Clucas!

Richard's excellent knowledge of the local property market backed up by his professional team enabled our property to be available for sale very quickly with their ability to mobilise local trade contacts. The team's communication was exemplary and made it a very satisfying process for all parties.

We would recommend Richard without reservation! After initially purchasing a home from Richard, we are now a return customer as a seller! Richard and his team were professional, knowledgeable and organised from start to finish! Our home sold quickly and achieved an excellent result above what was initially predicted! Just Brilliant!

The team went above and beyond to help us sell our property from interstate, ensuring that the whole process was seamless. From helping find contractors and organising touch ups required, to the staging and presentation, and then finally marketing and successful sale, Richard and the team were incredibly effective and helpful. This is the second time we have worked with Richard, and would do so again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend.

We had a great experience selling our home with Richard and his team. From the outset Richard was great to work with and he was always available to support us with various questions that we had along the way. We were very happy with his marketing strategy, photos and online advert. Richard and his team were highly professional and efficient to work with throughout the offers, acceptance and settlement phases. We would happily re-engage his services and recommend him and his team.

We made our initial enquiry to sell our home three years prior and had Richard come to carry out an appraisal. Over the three years until we were ready to sell, Richard kept in touch at the right times - such as when a comparable property was open to inspect in our street, or when a property in the immediate area had sold. His communications were clear and honest, never pushy or over whelming. Richard showed a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the market providing information and data that was relevant to help with our decisions. When we were ready to sell the property, Richard organised last minute trades who were all high quality and very well priced at a time when trades were hard to come by. The staff in the Edison office were excellent and always a step ahead guiding us to what to expect, what documentation was required and timelines for the process. We had our property under offer within 2 weeks and got the price we were seeking. We found Richard to be pro-active and thinking a step ahead when we came to him with questions. We will recommend Richard to our friends and would use his services again without hesitation.

Thea is not only an excellent, professional and trustworthy agent, she is also very personable, easy to deal with and has a good eye for detail. She also has an excellent knowledge of the market which meant that she priced the property appropriately making it attractive to a good pool of potential buyers. She is very responsive to requests for information and keeps you up-to-date with developments as the sale process unfolds. I highly recommend Thea as a selling agent.
