This was achieved because of Brad's dedication, he followed up every enquiry, consulted me on a regular basis with how the marketing activity was going (speaking of strategies he has a phenomenal strategy which netted a great result, he uses all the technology available and pairs this into his marketing and sales strategy to get the best out of the market), he has a fantastic team at his disposal - the home staging was done brilliantly & without fuss. Brad has a wealth of knowledge and he has a great depth of understanding of the Claremont apartment market, his experience allows him to adjust his sales & marketing strategy quickly so he gets the ideal result for the seller. Brad loves what he does, and this clearly shows in his work. He prides himself on every sale and he has a great demeanour and presence when he lists appartments.
