Like most people we’re busy and we could not be happier with how easy it wa for us to sell our home. A no-fuss appraisal in December (not specifically for selling at that time) and a follow up from Richard in March because a house nearby had sold for 100K more. We chose Richard for the appraisal because of his rating/sales in the area. He has the purchasers on his books and good to go. We agreed to sell in March, one meeting with Richard to sign up, one unadvertised home open and the property was sold.

We first spoke to Richard in 2020. At that time he suggest a staging of our home, but Covid 19 raised it ugly head and everything went on hold. In 2021 Richard came back to us, as the market in Doubleview was staring to move quite rapidly. However, due to our circumstances we gave him a quite tight "Off Market" sales time frame. Richard appreciated our position and only showed our home to qualified buyers. He suggested to sell as is and presented us with a number of Offers within 10 Days. This sale was the 8th house we have sold, every agent we have dealt with previously we put on a sliding scale of commission as it guaranteed the agent was working in our best interests. The time had come for me to downsize from my large Nedlands home when an appealing feature article in the Saturday ‘West Australian’ about an apartment in Claremont caught my eye, so I rang the agent for further details. My lucky day! The agent was Danielle Diffen and she couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. We arranged a viewing and Danielle’s enthusiasm for that particular apartment, and the complex in general, was infectious. She had, over time, sold a number in that building so knew it very well and was able to provide a lot of information about its management and the community of residents - one of whom is her own son! A second viewing with my family, who liked the apartment as much as I did, convinced me that I could happily start the next chapter of my life there. I was amazed at the amount of paperwork involved in buying and selling property but Danielle soon had it all prepared ready for signing. She understood that moving from my home of over fifty years would take time so negotiated a long settlement date with the owner. She was very professional in every way and I consider myself very lucky to have met such a trustworthy, professional estate agent at a very vulnerable time in my life. I am singing her praises to all my friends. In order to help fund the new property, I asked Danielle to act as my agent in selling my tired and shabby investment unit.
