A second viewing with my family, who liked the apartment as much as I did, convinced me that I could happily start the next chapter of my life there. I was amazed at the amount of paperwork involved in buying and selling property but Danielle soon had it all prepared ready for signing. She understood that moving from my home of over fifty years would take time so negotiated a long settlement date with the owner. She was very professional in every way and I consider myself very lucky to have met such a trustworthy, professional estate agent at a very vulnerable time in my life.
