We found Brad to be the most helpful real estate agent. At no time were we ever pressured to sign a contract. As a property investor for our Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Brad was incredibly helpful in guiding and assisting us when needed. Given the complexity of an SMSF deal we had an adverse rental valuation by the Lenders valuer which caused the deal to fall over initially subject to the finance clause. Brad was able to skillfully negotiate with the vendor and ourselves an agreeable counter offer.
