We met Richard as he was on his way to selling another person's home one morning. First impressions were that he was a hard worker who knew his area of expertise, an excellent speaker and a likeable person. When it came time to place our property on the market, we did not hesitate in contacting him. Richard understood the area we were selling in, but more importantly, was acutely aware of the market conditions. In our opinion, it's this last point that differentiates the opportunistic agent from one that will have success and longevity.
