My property was being re-rented in August and the estate agent started open houses and the property was rented for considerably less than previous rent. I accepted that due to current climate. However when I popped by, the bathroom desperately needed to be painted. Had the estate agent informed me I would have re-painted before viewings. I have no doubt this considerably affected the viewing and ultimately the rental price I was able to get for my property. Really disappointing. On top of this, the estate agent did not advise me when repairs were required and the first I heard was when money was deducted. Again - so disappointing.

They gave fabulous professional and personalised service over the years, and offered sound and up to date market advice. They were intuitive, responsive, extremely thorough, and offered a tailored approach to the unique aspects of our property and personal needs. We never felt rushed to make any decisions, unlike our experience with previous agencies. They communicated really well with us and the renters through the covid-19 period so that everyone felt comfortable. Dominica -our agent was fantastic all along. I have not had to worry about a single issue and am loving the very frequent updates and proactivity around the leasing of my apartment.
