They were intuitive, responsive, extremely thorough, and offered a tailored approach to the unique aspects of our property and personal needs. We never felt rushed to make any decisions, unlike our experience with previous agencies. They communicated really well with us and the renters through the covid-19 period so that everyone felt comfortable. Dominica -our agent was fantastic all along. Our own family has needed to move back into the house but we would not hesitate to approach Home Estate Agents again to rent it out in the future.

After having an extremely disappointing experience with another well known agency, Andrew and his team at Home Estate Agents have been unbelievably helpful from the word go. I have not had to worry about a single issue and am loving the very frequent updates and proactivity around the leasing of my apartment. They have gone above and beyond their roles of property agents with not only swiftly advertising and successfully leasing out my place with new tenants (which was done in the shortest turnaround during the uncertain time surrounding COVID-19) but have provided constant invaluable advice and guidance with all things property.
