When our tenants gave notice to vacate, Carl immediately took up the challenge to organise quotes for upgrades and refurbishment. Due to reasonable wear & tear, the house needed a full repaint, recarpet and many other small things to be done. Carl was able to make the entire process very smooth and stress free. The house now has new tenants for an improved rental and minimal vacancy. We could not speak highly enough of Carl and his team!

I've had investment properties for 35 years and Home Estate agents are by far the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Most recently at short notice they put together an advertising campaign, helped me through getting the right tradesmen for repairs on my house, found suitable tenants all while I was overseas.
