Carl recently sold my house in Waverley. He is such a nice guy to deal with, really easy going with a great sense of humour. But more importantly, Carl is professional, honest, transparent, super responsive and a savvy negotiator. He brings over thirty years of real estate experience to the table and one of the qualities I really admire is ability to really listen to what both parties are saying and what they need from the deal.
