Wow, we have been so impressed with the complete service from start to finish. To start we contacted Andrew and Ali to get an appraisal last minute, as we had a sudden decision to put the house up for sale. When they understood it was urgent to get the property on the market asap. Andrew drove straight to the property within 20min. The team then had an appraisal written up, furniture organised and contract ready to sign within the hour. This has to be a record, we couldn't believe the efficiency of Andrew and Ali! We had a long campaign and the agents really dug deep and always made sure we were informed with all aspects of marketing. They were always close to the phone to answer all the questions we needed answered with a positive and warm presence. I really found Andrew to be very transparent with his advise and support throughout the sale.
