I rented from John Castrisos in Coogee and he recently sold my fathers house in Redfern In this competitive market the sale price was more than acceptable Other agents my sister and I explored paled into insignificance as far as knowledge of the market However the outstanding difference was the way John and his team handled the whole experience Empathetic, honest and oh so helpful on all fronts from getting the house ready through to settlement Always returning calls, always mindful of expenditure only where it was necessary, always honest in regards to prospective buyers and sales price On the auction day he was calm and definitive and we sold with minimum effort !!!!
