We chose to sell right before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Once it started our entire game plan changed and Andrew and Phillip were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. Going off market meant it was a longer process and more work for them given the climate. Our goal was their goal. You could tell they would work around the clock for us to get a result. They were efficient, HONEST, friendly, professional and their communication was second to none. We were kept on the loop every step of the way. We just wouldn’t choose anyone else! I know John initially as a tenant of an apartment he managed. Agents generally tend to not cater to tenants but this is not the case of John, always ready to help. The experience selling my property the same, as no time did I feel pressured, John ensured every step of the way I was comfortable with his suggestions.
