Ten years ago, we bought this house from Martin and we were impressed with his professionalism and is a great negotiator. Martin brings a calm manner to what can be a stressful process. He assisted in recommending and arranging contractors/suppliers to get the house ready for market presented at its best - such as pool certifier, handyman/repairmen and stylist. Martin was upfront about fees and what was included in the package. In the end, Martin achieved a great result for us and kept us on a even keel throughout the process.
