Martin brings a calm manner to what can be a stressful process. He assisted in recommending and arranging contractors/suppliers to get the house ready for market presented at its best - such as pool certifier, handyman/repairmen and stylist. I have known Martin for a couple of years now and know that Martin is just a really nice genuine guy.
