Jill and I were very happy with Martin's performance. We achieved market price for our property and the whole experience was positive, through an obviously stressful process. We appreciated Martin's experienced and truthful advice and felt he provided a "balanced" approach to both the buyer and the seller. As we were in Western Australia through the sale process it was difficult to meaningfully communicate at all times but Martin should be commended for his dedication and the way he facilitated the project. Marty knows his stuff. He is a genuine agent, is clear in his instructions, puts together a very nice sale package that looks very professional and very importantly his rate is very reasonable. Marty made sure that we always had multiple options re selling our place, employs great staff who are helpful and friendly.
