Quick response from initial contact to meeting with the agent. Courtney was friendly and approachable. Process was efficient and timely. Unfortunately initial applicant fell through when contacted the week they were due to move in (they were meant to be moving in four weeks after applying). Would have been better if they were contacted sooner. Otherwise happy with service and professionalism.

Daniel was able to answer any questions at the inspection. Courtney was so pleasant to deal with and Haylee made the lease signing meeting clear and was very helpful when I accidentally locked the keys in the unit on my first day of occupation. The whole team were awesome.
