Michael is diligent and effective. His rates are great and has done more than I would expect. I live in Queensland and he has acted as my representative managing any matters that arose. Michael has been respectful of my time and wishes and has called me with updates but not anything that doesn't matter. I have a second property that is tenanted and Michael has negotiated with that difficult tenant to gain access for viewing.
