Once I decided that I was going to sell my unit in Queanbeyan, i contacted the managing real estate agent, McNamee Real estate. Michael kept me up to date with everything. From advertisement, to open house inspections. once an offer was mad and excepted, Michael informed me that the buyer was a little nervous, and that it may take a little extra time. I found that type of commitment to be fantastic. Because Michael took that little extra time, the buyer was not spooked away, and the sale went through without any further issues.
