Its all in the title, Michael was professional and knowledgeable from the start whilst being easy to deal with and flexible. His initial ‘pitch’ had a good level of detail, was practical and gave us a good baseline for expectations. Following engagement, he communicated with us frequently in the lead up to the property going on the market, keeping us abreast of progress. Once the place was on the market he kept us in the loop of activity, enquires and how we were tracking. We ended up taking an early offer (rather than going all the way to Auction) and he was straightforward and put in the extra work with the potential buyer and us to align both parties. We got an excellent result, i’d happily work with Michael again and would strongly recommend him to anyone.
