We just recently sold our house with Impact and James was very professional and knowledgeable about the local market so he was able to guide us every step of the way through our selling journey. James, Ronnie and the rest of the team made the marketing process pretty straightforward and the house looked great when it came to selling. Everything went smoothly and even when we made some last minute changes, things still went to plan and we settled on the due date.
