Hi all , we were considering selling and had a chat with James and the team. We were not staying at the property much and thought it may be time to sell. We did an off market sale. The team had the property sold within a couple of weeks and at the price we had asked for. Because the sale was off market, we had no expensive advertising and the fees payable to Impact were very fair.

I had recent experience in selling my home using the services of Ben Cadd from Impact Realty. This was only the second time I have sold a home and I was extremely anxious. Ben was nothing short of amazing. He clearly explained the process and regularly reported back to me.
