Selling a home is such a daunting and overwhelming task, especially when it comes to selling the home of a loved one. My family and I are so thankful that we found Ben. Ben is caring, honest and down to earth, attributes that are so infrequently associated with Real Estate Agents. From our initial consultation all the way to settlement and beyond, Ben made the whole process stress free and dare I say simple. Not once did I feel like any of the decisions we made along the way were unnecessary or forced. Ben also assisted in arranging a local company to stage the home, and like him, reflected the same values and did an amazing job. He even went out of his way to return the keyring we had left on a set of keys after he handed the home over to the new owners, a very touching gesture. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to any prospective seller, and when the time comes to downsize from our family home I know there is only one person that I will be calling.
