As with most vendors, I thought and expected my home to be worth more than I ultimately understood it to be worth. Long story short - James was able to sympathetically challenge my expectations, so that I was not left dealing with potential buyers that would not even put forward any interest. We ended up with many types of offer, of which 3 were very much in contention with each other. Within hours, not days, and in a very challenging market, we secured a fair and very acceptable price, without any conditions. Many houses that were listed at this time by other agents are still on the market. I am very happy with the outcome.
