The timing of selling was very challenging for me given the sudden turn regarding interests rates & media focus on the cost of living etc,. It was new territory for sellers & buyers & perhaps real estate agents too! The morale of buyers fluctuated daily & I was worried about how it would influence the sale but Callum & his team were available for some tough Q&A phone calls & together we problem solved various scenarios (very reassuring).
