We can not heap enough praise on James and his Team for the Hard Work and Effort that they put in to find us our Perfect Home. Although it took them 6 months from Start to Finish to find the home that ticked ALL of our boxes, at no time did we lose faith in their Professionalism, Friendliness and Kindness in finding us exactly what we were looking for. My Wife and I now feel (and know for a fact) that we have made new life long friends with James and his incredibly knowledgeable Staff. They made us feel that we were never any trouble (even though we hounded them every second day), and that they had all the Time and Patience needed to look after a couple of 73 year old's. Having originally purchased our property from James at Impact and having an excellent experience it was an easy choice to select Impact when deciding to sell.
