We met with a number of estate agents prior to selecting Trent. On the initial visit how pointed out items we may want to address in the property to make it more sellable. We felt his approach matched how we would like to sell or even be sold to. From the first open to the final offer was 13 days, and throughout Trent kept in touch with every update. We live in South Australia so relied on Trent for help in a number of areas - he even waited at the house for a new dishwasher delivery.
