We had a wonderful experience with James and the team at Impact Realty regarding the purchase of our new home. James was readily contactable and organised a time for us to inspect the property at short notice. Negotiations were carried out in a highly professional and ethical manner, making us feel confident in our purchase. Since signing the contract, James has been more than accommodating, working with the vendor to allow us to reinspect the property at multiple times before settlement to allow us to organise numerous trades to carry our renovation works. At all times has James been readily contactable and is clearly working for both the vendor and purchaser to make the process as seamless as possible. Having dealt with other agents who's ethics are very questionable, I wouldn't hesitate to buy through James again and would feel confident listing my properties with Impact Realty.
