We tried to sell our Mount Eliza home earlier this year without success, although James did everything he could to achieve a result. He advised us that our home would appeal to a wider market if we undertook some renovation (this home was pretty much still in the 70's) and after re-listing in October, our home sold for the price we were looking for. James and his wife Deb are professional and very pleasant agents to deal with. They coped with the challenging restrictions of Covid lockdowns and still managed to sell our home in record time.
