Born and raised in Canberra Phil is a proud Canberran. Growing up in Belconnen he was heavily involved in a local sport where he regularly represented the ACT in AFL. He’s still involved in local AFL acting as the taxi service for his son who plays for a local junior team. He’s an avid cricket fan with his cricketing exploits culminated in a tour of Vietnam playing a series of matches against the expat community. Starting his sales career in 1996 with the Independent Property Group Phil immediately felt at home in the Independent team environment and achieved terrific results. With a relaxed demeanor and a strong work ethic, he enjoyed building strong relationships with his clients. These relationships have continued through until today. In 2000 after starting a family and feeling that a little more family time was required Phil was offered an opportunity to move to related finance business. What was meant to be a relatively short-term move turned into a 15-year career where he gained invaluable experience relating to fiancé structuring, investment advice, and a detailed understanding of wealth creation strategies. He now shares this wealth of experience with his clients in his day-to-day real estate business.
