After searching for our first home for 6 months with little luck and ordinary experiences with otger agents, in stepped Will. Being first home buyers and knowing very little about how tge proccess of buying a house works, Will made the proccess easy and stress free. His communication was first class, tge first agent to say i'll cqll you back in an hour and actually call back. Dyring the negotiation proccess he kept us calm, reassured and informed which is just what we needed during that stressful time. Upon discussing what I required he did not waste time showing me unsuitable properties but found one that was everything I needed including what he assessed I would be likely to want but hadn't mentioned!
